  • • Your Founders Pass converts to active benefits
  • • For $49.99 Redeemable Pass: Your credit is applied to subscription
  • • All founder benefits become active and usable

How to Request a Refund

Visit our Refund Request Page and follow the verification process.

  • Subject: "Refund Request"
  • Your registered email address
  • Order confirmation (if available)

Total processing time: Up to 7 business days from our side. Bank processing may take additional time.

What Happens After Refund

  • Access to Founders Dashboard is revoked
  • Founder status and badge are removed
  • All discount benefits are cancelled
  • For $49.99 Pass: The $49.99 credit is cancelled
  • Your waitlist position remains active (if applicable)

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
  • UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account

We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used for purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a partial refund?

No, we only offer full refunds. The entire Pass purchase price is refunded.

Can I repurchase after refund?

Yes, you may purchase a new Founders Pass after receiving a refund, subject to availability.

What if I don't receive my refund?

Contact us at support@speaklingo.ai with your refund confirmation. We'll investigate and resolve.

Is there a deadline to request a refund?

You can request a refund anytime before product launch. After launch, no refunds are available.
