Full refund available within 30 days of purchase.

No refunds after 30 days. Your Founders Pass remains valid until product launch.
- • Your Founders Pass converts to active benefits
- • For $49.99 Redeemable Pass: Your credit is applied to subscription
- • All founder benefits become active and usable
How to Request a Refund
Option A: Online Request
Visit our Refund Request Page and follow the verification process.
Option B: Email Request
Send an email to [email protected] with:

- Your registered email address
- Order confirmation (if available)

Refund appears in your account (depends on bank)
We process refunds within 14 calendar days (as required by EU/UK law). US refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 days depending on your financial institution.
What Happens After Refund
- Access to Founders Dashboard is revoked
- Founder status and badge are removed
- All discount benefits are cancelled
- For $49.99 Pass: The $49.99 credit is cancelled
- Your waitlist position remains active (if applicable)
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
- UPI: Refunded to the linked bank account
- Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account
We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used for purchase.

Can I get a partial refund?
No, we only offer full refunds. The entire Pass purchase price is refunded.
Can I repurchase after refund?
Yes, you may purchase a new Founders Pass after receiving a refund, subject to availability.
